QUALITY CONTROL @ I.F.D.

We believe the key to a successful plant maintenance program is in quality control. Quality control at I.F.D. consists of weekly maintenance by qualified horticultural technicians. Our uniformed service technicians are customer service
oriented, reporting daily on the status of our accounts. Weekly service includes watering, fertilizing and regular inspections for pest and disease infestation. Cosmetic care and appearance of all plant materials is essential to a successful program and includes dusting, cleaning, trimming, pruning, revitalization and debris clean-up. Quality control also consists of the monitoring of environmental conditions such as light levels, temperature and traffic patterns.

 
 

All of the services above are evaluated by an accounts supervisor. The supervisor will visit your facility on a monthly basis to inspect all work performed by our maintenance personnel. The supervisor functions as a trouble shooter and provides the necessary link between the maintenance technician(s), the client and I.F.D. management.

All aspects of the plant maintenance program are coordinated by an assigned account representative. Your account representative will be responsible for communications between the client and I.F.D. personnel regarding all facets of the maintenance program, including design & installation, contract negotiations, billing inquiries, and scheduling of maintenance personnel. Our clients are never turned over to a “House Account Manager” after the sale. The account representative responsible for initiating communications with the client will maintain those communications indefinitely. This is our company policy.

All plant replacements will be made as expeditiously as possible, generally within twenty-four (24) hours of notice for regularly stocked material.
